In fact, the .tv domain name extension is the country code for Tuvalu, a small island nation in the South Pacific.
We mention this today as Tuvalu is suffering a severe water issue and has declared a state of emergency in response. This small country doesn’t get much press coverage, so we are using our Tumblr account to help raise awareness about the dangerous situation.
